I rely on regular contact with PR departments to keep up to date with the latest developments and products, and while I'm already on the list of most companies, there's always the chance I've missed someone out, so please get in touch if you've got a news story, a new product or even a feature idea which you think might be interesting.
As well as my regular magazine work, I have three photography sites which are designed to act both as resources for photographers and as a showcase for the work I do as a photo journalist. Please feel free to take a look - I appreciate all comments and feedback.
This is a digital photography a-z but with a twist. As the tagline says, it's 'the things you wish they'd told you'. Photography is riddled with hype, overcomplicated technology and old wives' tales, and I think it's about time some of this stuff got properly examined.
There are lots of sites which review cameras, but I don't think they bring them together properly to provide a single, simple overview. This site isn't big on detail - there are links to the makers' own sites and press releases for that - but it's simple, clear and straightforward.
This one is still under development, but I find that the demand for photo-editing ideas and tutorials just keeps on growing, and now makes up a large part of my work. This site's designed to provide quick and simple ideas, but also to link techniques so that visitors can see how they're interrelated and what they could try next.
